Follow the recipe as stated there was no need to make any changes the only thing I did different was a used steel head instead of salmon just what I had in the freezer

I used my food processor instead of my mixer, came out great. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Chose not to use the stock, as I prepared and cooked the ribs in the instant pot. They came out tender and moist, I will make his recipe again.
