New bread machine, this is my first recipe. Turned out perfect! I used the crushed garlic in a jar, and dried rosemary. Also, only had all-purpose flour, which is supposed to not rise as well but it did fine :D I dip the bread in a plate of olive oil, pepper, and parm.

I used a little under two cups of bananas. Three bananas total, to force ripened in the oven for 20 minutes. But that wasn't enough so I added one fresh one. after 60 minutes in the oven, the bread turned out perfect. Not dense at all very muffin like. The sweetness seems to be in the crust, the inside not so much.

It was good, but mostly pasta. Next time I think I'll double the tuna and soup.
