I make this pie every year for thanksgiving at the request of my family. It never lasts 24 hours which is saying something given that we are a family of four. I change nothing. The recipe is wonderful as is!
If I could give this recipe 6 stars I would! I have probably made it at least ten times. It is my go-to cookie recipe and has never failed me once. Everyone who has ever tried them has raved about them. The only thing I change is I use almond extract instead of vanilla which I think gives them a nice flavor, however, they are still phenomenal using vanilla.
This is definitely a great mac n cheese recipe. I think the thyme was a bit overpowering but still delicious. Next time I make it I am going to cut back on the thyme and use less macaroni to make it a bit more cheesy (which is just personal preference). Otherwise, I really enjoyed it!
This was my first time making spaghetti squash and it came out wonderful! I didn't add the onion as my sister doesn't like them and instead added spinach, which was a great mix. It didn't take 48 hours for the two of us to finish this.
