Great pancake recipe that I made with vegan buttermilk recipe. Like others said this recipe creates 2-3 servings rather than 8.

Fast and easy and great tasting. I decided to eye ball the soy and opted to allow guest to add more if they wanted. Omitted the sesame seeds since I did not have them.
