This is really good! As a diabetic I try to eat lower carb foods. I have steered away from cauliflower as it always has a fishy flavor to me. But this soup is amazing!
This was delicious. I had two 1 1/2 lb tenderloins that I cooked side by side. I used the same amount of everything else called for in the recipe. The only thing I did differently was to heat up some of the Au Jus with a tablespoon of Tapioca starch to make a gravy. Served with mashed potatoes. Everybody loved it. Pork shredded on the fork and had amazing flavor.
