I made this exactly like the recipe states. Very tasty and sweet, but not too sweet. I am on a strict low-fiber diet and this recipe was perfect vs. using just butter alone.

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!!!Made this for Thanksgiving this year (2022) and everyone just loved it! I used my 4 Qt. Crockpot and 3 - 40oz. cans of sweet potatoes and adjusted the recipe accordingly. This fed 13 people with enough left over for about 3 meals. This definately will be my go to sweet potato recipe from here on out.

I make a lot of desserts and recipes in general from this site...sadly this one turned out terrible. The cake itself was only about 1/2 " thick, the taste wasn't even there. Will not be making again.

Delicious! I used Italian bread crumbs instead of flour. Did not have cooking sherry, so I used white wine. A very tasty dish that I will be making again and again!

I made this recently using boneless, skinless chicken breasts and chicken bouillon instead. It was AWESOME!!!! The pork version was super delicious as well. It deserves 10 stars!!

I used sliced brioche bread with chocolate chips from Aldi's. The grandkids loved it!!!!! I get asked to make this all the time for church functions. It is a big hit everytime!
