This was fabulous. I used chicken and pork. I did use chili sauce and broth in the dough as well as adding cumin. The hardest part for me was wrapping but they turned out so good. The tip on a ball of dough floating in water to know if it was right worked.

Anyone that has eaten this LOVES it. I did use a little old bay seasoning and hot sauce but that was the only extras that I added.

I used a clove of garlic and white onion because I didn't have a shallot. It was really good. Next time I will have to cut back on the Cajun seasoning for my daughters taste.

These turned out so good. Everyone loved them and I will be making these again!
