Really was light and fluffy. A little crumbly. I used 1/2 yogurt with 1/2 milk. I added a little more lemon for a more tart taste too....could still have added a bit more I think.

Great base recipe....especially the basil. But I found it better with a tsp of lime juice as well.

It's a great start. I would have liked to know how much salt to add, as it certainly needs some. I also used 2 cans of coconut milk (just the solids) instead of 1/2 and 1/2 cream and it made it very nice and rich. More bacon makes it better too.

This recipe is ridiculous. First, as others have said, it is VERY labour intensive. Second, the quantities are WAY off if you want to fill a 9x13 serving dish. Third, if you just dump your flour into your milk/butter like that, no amount of whisking is going to remove the lumps unless you have bionic arms. That's only part of what's wrong with this recipe. Nice idea, but I will look elsewhere for my vegetarian moussaka recipes from now on.

rather bland unless you add a little something like bacon or sundried tomatoes or leeks. Mushrooms might be a nice addition too. Definitely needs some salt. Feta might be nice. Nice texture though.
