I made this according to the recipe except I used coconut oil and Garam Masala and Cardamom, instead of curry. AMAZING!!! I even got my dad that doesn’t eat vegetables to say it was good. Might add some cubed chicken next time to reach a wider audience. The potato took a little longer than 10 min, but worth the wait.
