I used 1lb ground venison & 1lb Italian sausage. I used frozen stir fry veggies with water chestnuts. Instead of oregano I added some of my favorite spices, including garlic jalapeno to jazz it up. I put it in the smoker at 350 for about an hour & then turned it down to 200 for about 45 minutes. My husband said I can make this all of the time!
