So easy to make & super yummy! They turned out perfectly baked! The only difference is I added freshly chopped thyme. I will definitely make this again.
Soooo, I decided to cook these as tenders in a cast iron skillet & threw in chopped onions & sliced green bell peppers & OMGGG!!!! They were absolutely deeelicious!!! So tender, so juicy & so flavorful!! The only other thing I did different was 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp Lowery’s seasoned salt. I will totally make this again & I will try them as kebabs one day too! So pleased with this recipe! You won’t be disappointed!
So I followed Janets suggestions, however I failed to soften the butter and instead I melted it. I’m sure that would’ve made somewhat of a difference. I took it to work and everybody loved it. I used chopped pecans instead of walnuts because that’s what I had on hand. Next time I make it I’ll make sure to soften the butter.
