I turned it into a gluten free recipe by substituting the flours with2 cups King Arthur Gluten Free Measure for Measure flourEvery other ingredient I kept the same!It turned out great and I used it to make GF graham Flour for a graham cracker crust.

I made gluten free graham crackers which was easier than expected, following a GF recipe I added to my collection. I turned the graham crackers into GF graham flour and then used that to make for a GF graham cracker crust because my husband has Celiac’s Disease.

Everyone in my family loves these. They are moist and perfect for fall. I made them for a fall festival at my kids' school one year. They turn out great ever time.

I doubled the recipe, filling all 12 muffin slots full to the rim. What I did differently was NOT double the crumb topping recipe and there was plenty for each muffin that turned out with nice cafe’ style muffin tops!

It needs less onion. 2 onions are a bit overpowering. Onions aside, everyone in my family likes this chili and that's saying something.
