I used 2 whole eggs instead of butter. I baked a dozen of unpeeled zucchini sliced round at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, flipping over half way through. I will definitely make this again ! Thanks for sharing.
I made this for the second time! It is such an easy and delicious recipe. First time, I followed the recipe as written. The second time, with others suggestions, I added cinnamon sugar with apples then added a little bit of butter on top of apples. Then sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top of cake batter.
Easy recipe! I wanted frosting for some large cinnamon rolls so I cut the recipe in half, perfect! This will be a favorite for me. Thank you for sharing.
WOW, the fluffiest pancakes I have ever had! I have to say they are better than my Mom’s (she agrees). I followed the recipe with some substitutions. I did not have any almond milk, my milk of choice so I had to use my Mom’s 2% milk. I used pecans because I’m allergic to walnuts. No more pancake mix for me! I will be making this recipe from now on. Thank you for sharing!
