I added a little vinegar to the cut up okra.

I added hoisin sauce, cilantro and bean sprouts. Came out delicious.

I added a squeeze of lemon juice, rosemary, and a pinch of tumeric.

I added white wine. Juicy and delicious.

I roasted yellow and bell peppers to bring out their flavor and sauteed with onions. I added a tablespoon of white wine to the shrimp mixture. For the grits I added garlic powder and sharp cheddar cheese. Came out great!
