I made this today as my daughter’s choice of meals for the week. It was pretty easy and definitely quick. I had to make a few adjustments, starting with using Acini di Pepe, the small round pasta, instead of Orzo at my daughter’s request. While this was fine, I felt that it soaked up too much of the broth, so I ended up using double the amount of broth called for. The rest was perfect and it tasted pretty good.
