This ice cream is delicious! I love the strong fresh lemon taste! Beware, it’s difficult to only have once scoop! I followed the recipe closely except for waiting the 10 minutes for hot cream mixture to sit. I also used whole milk instead of half and half. I will be making this again!
I put a whole onion on accident so I had to put double mushrooms, and I didn’t have much mayo so I mostly used sour cream. Since it came out thin I added corn started to thicken the sauce. It was delicious once I added a bunch of salt and pepper.
Very good! I added some shredded carrot and used honey and sriracha instead of the sweet chili sauce. My husband usually doesn’t like mayo but still loved the coleslaw. This was a side for enchiladas.
