My dough was a little wet looking, so I just sprinkled a small handful of flour on top and incorporated it. I skipped the cream of Tatar because mine was super expired! I also made them a little bigger so we could make them into bacon, egg & cheese biscuits. 445 for 12 minutes. Super yummy!

This recipe made 6 jumbo muffins and 2 mini loaves. I used 1 tsp vanilla , 3/4 c white sugar and 1/4 light brown sugar, added a healthy dash of cinnamon and mini chocolate chips instead of regular size.

My husband says these are the best Sloppy Joes he has ever had! The only change I made was using cold chicken broth instead of cold water.

This is a great meal for a cold night and a big group! Here are the changes I made - I used Rigatoni instead of Ziti - I used a tub of cottage cheese in place of the sour cream, mixed that together with one egg and 1 cup of shredded “pizza blend” cheese - cooked diced onion, garlic & a shredded carrot in olive oil and then added a jar of pasta sauce, a can of crushed tomatoes, oregano, parsley, onion powder and basil - spread 1 cup of sauce on bottom of pan, then a layer of drained noodles, a layer of the cheese mixture (kinda plop blobs of it on top and spread as best you can with a rubber spatula) a layer of sauce, the rest of the noodles, the rest of the cheese mixture and then make sure there is sauce all the way around the edges so the noodles don’t get dried out.
