This is at least the third time I made this recipe. I really dislike cooking, so I am always thrilled to find an easy and delicious crock pot meal to cook. Today I used red and yellow peppers because I was out of green. I also added a splash of red wine to the sauce for a bit more liquid. You could add a bit of water if you like more sauce. Maybe I will try skipping browning the pork next time. That step is my only complaint and I am not sure it makes a huge difference to the end result.
