This pie was fantastic. You do have to whip it until it thickens before baking. I noticed someone left a review it's liquid and won't set so I got nervous, but I kept whipping it until it was really thick and I didn't have any trouble. It was gone faster than I could blink and now I've been asked to make another one. I'm making two this time. One with lemon and one with lime. Thank you for sharing this recipe. Super easy, quick and delicious.
