It was just an ok dinner. The recipe doesn’t call for any seasonings and we found it to be very bland so I would add some spices and seasoned bread crumbs if I make it again. 1/4 cup bread crumbs is not enough, it took another 1/2 cup to coat 4 breasts and I used 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil.

This is the best zucchini bread I have ever made. I had to substitute 1 cup of gluten free grain and bean flour for the rice flour and I added about 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts and it was delicious.
