This recipe is excellent! After sautéing the pork chops, I fried half of an onion and a large can of mushrooms, and then added the soup and sour cream. Simmered for about 20 minutes. Delicious! And the leftovers were great, too!
I made this last night. It was excellent! It took slightly over an hour including prep time, and tasted like it had simmered for hours. The meat was very tender, juicy, and very tasty. I used a one lb. bag of baby carrots and a one lb. bag of petite potatoes for quicker prep.
