I just wish my local grocery store had bigger mushrooms. These were much smaller than I would have wanted to do stuffed mushrooms in, but it was still super tasty and most of my kids loved it!

I doubled the recipe and used craisins instead of fresh cranberries since I had a ton of craisins in my pantry already. I reduced it a little since craisins are already dehydrated. It came out great! They remind me a lot of scones. If there are any leftovers, I will likely enjoy these for breakfast with a nice cup of coffee.

I added extra mushroom soup because I had 6 pork chops instead of 4. I didn't totally follow the instructions the way I was supposed to, so don't judge. :)

I added a bunch of baby spinach and cherry tomatoes. It was fantabulous :)
