I made a half batch. I was just about out of cream cheese and sour cream so I filled a half cup measuring cup with all I had and added ranch dip to make half a cup. I didn't have any milk so I used whipping cream. I left the bacon off my half potato because I'm a vegetarian. The potato was cooked in an hour at 350 so I didn't have the undercooked potato problems that some of the reviews had. It was delicious!
