Excellent recipe, the ratio of ingredients is perfect. I truly enjoyed these waffles as did my family. The recipe scaled up well; I doubled the recipe. I then substituted protein waffle mix if for two cups of flour for health purposes. The waffles were still fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside.
