This is the second time I have made this dish. I use a dark stout beer and it adds so much flavor. Comes out fork tender each time!

This is the second time I have made this in my InstaPot. I use a dark stout beer for the beer and It never disappoints!! Comes out tender and so flavorful.

I have found my new gravy for biscuits and gravy. Only thing I did differently was add the copped bacon I cooked up to make the grease. So yummy!!
