I didn't have cumin, so substituted a blend of spices that were mostly what is listed in addition to the ones listed in the recipe. Also insteadof Kraft, I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Other than that followed the recipe and it was delicious, simple, no fuss, no muss! This will be the recipe I use from now on, thank you!

Left out potatoes because I like to serve it over rice. Added: 1 cup red wine, 1&1/2 cups stewed tomatoes, 2 cups pork stock from parboiling 1 lb. Pork loin, and the 1 lb. Pork loin.
