This is a great recipe. I added diced bell pepper and onions and I put spinach leaves and personally I put to little. I used 1 cup of whipping cream and a half cup of half-and-half. I reached my hand in the bag and sprinkle cheddar cheese I have no idea how much I put in there lol. I did not use a crust so my edges got a little dark . I baked it for exactly 30 minutes and I never checked on it , which is why the edges look brown. However it did not affect the flavor of the quiche and no difference between the first bite and the last.

It’s delicious just the way it is. Last time I made it it was a little soft to do piping work but I’m trying again right now.

I added some zucchini to the squash. I didn’t have buttery crackers so I use saltine crackers poured melted butter over them and smashed them up and it worked perfectly

It’s very light and creamy, not heavy at all.
