Family loved it. Goes very well with garlic mashed potatoes!

Easy to follow instructions make this very easy to bake. Will be making this with aging bananas now instead of just plain Banana Bread!

Followed the instructions as written but for some reason, my cookies didn’t flatten out. Still very good!

Made this today with smoked turkey leftovers. YUM! Didn’t add the smoked Paprika as the turkey was smoked. Cooked the veggies first then added cooked chopped turkey. Cut the recipe in half as only feeding two people and an already fat Chihuahua. Also omitted some of the spicier elements and went with 1/2 can of tomatoes and greed chilies. So GOOD!

Chose to separate my eggs and fold in the egg whites. Pretty much the same results. Easy to make and very rich and decadent!

Very easy to make! We got some Holiday Jam to make this more festive!
