Great eazy-peazy recipe! Tasted & looked like restaurant-style hash browns, except better! My only substitutions were garlic salt and I added a table spoon of store-bought minced garlic. I made a big batch since I was using my electric potato shredder. I froze several 'patties' between wax paper for a later quick & easier B'fast!
It was good, but not as 'tangy' as I thought it would be. So, I made it again the next week and made a 'slight' change to the recipe...I substituted 'Sweet & Spicy Garlic Mustard' instead of mixing the mustard & honey...OH MY was the chicken deeeelicious!...eazy-peazy just opening a bottle of the spicy garlic mustard and brushing it on the chicken! Thanks for the idea, but try it with this jar of spicy garlic mustard!
