This dish was simply delicious! I followed the recipe, but added copious amounts of black pepper, and put it in a foil-lined 9x13 pan, and put it on the grill. They were tender, flavorful and completely satisfying. Thanks for the great recipe!
This dish was amazing. So easy, and lots of "bang" for your buck. Family loved the glaze, and they gobbled up every last bit of it. It was almost like, "have a little pork with your glaze!" I made this with the Grilled Potatoes with Mushrooms recipe, and steamed broccoli. My husband said I out-did myself. Thanks for the great recipe!
I loved the flavor, but it was very heavy, and didn't seemto want to cook all the way. I made into mini-muffins, and used buttermilk. I will try again with plain milk and make loaves instead. I would love this to be great!
