I was wanting to make potato enchiladas, but I didn't have any type of enchilada sauce in the pantry. I quickly found this recipe and gave the sauce a try. It was so good! The only thing I did differently was add more green chile because I am a huge green chile fan and I used water with bouillon cubes because it's all I had on hand. I plan on making this again as written, I am sure it's great!

I used 1/2 ranch, 1/2 sour cream as other's suggested. This pizza was amazing!

I was not a fan. All I could taste was mayo. I took this to a potluck and judging by the leftovers, no one else was a fan either.

Definitely one of my favorite bread recipes. It smells great while it's cooking!

After trying this I haven't even bothered with other shrimp recipes! Sooo delicious. I like to make it for guests, I always get asked for the recipe :)
