Pure yumminess! So I made the recipe exactly as stated and my friends loved them! I personally am not much of a PB fan, so I made it again, this time tweaking the PB (added 1/4 Cup since I doubled the recipe) and can't get enough. I also did add a tsp of cinnamon. I am a cookie snob and these cookies have the best of all 3 worlds, oatmeal, PB and c.chips.
Delicious! I cooked it 40min as per the recipe then let it sit in the pot for 1 hour. When I warmed it up to serve, the potatoes were broken (mushy) so I pulled out the chicken pieces and cut it into bite size pieces and put back in the pot. The family LOVED it and even asked for seconds. New family favorite
Flavorless and disappointing. I was hoping I could taste some of the garlic flavor (marinated for 3 hrs) and it looked great as I was frying - but sadly tasteless.
Family approved salad! Full of yummy flavor and crunchiness. I added an extra tomato and diced up an avocado. I made the dressing with 1 tbsp of sugar and it was still delicious. Next time I want to try to make it with less oil, 1 cup is a lot!
More Covid-19 baking, but sadly this one will not go into my top favorites. The cake was almost too moist and too pineapple-y tasting, more of a pineapple upside down cake than a carrot cake. A tad bit too sweet. I will try making the recipe one more time, with a few tweeks, like less sugar, less pineapple and more carrots.
