It was easy, yummy, and affordable. I added a sliced hard boiled egg on top and a side of leftover air fryer chicken. I didn’t have to reheat the spaghetti and sauce for long at all - under a minute. 9 minutes on the nose for the vegetables. Will make again. I wish there was an easier way to chop matchstick carrots.
This is the best breakfast bake I've had. I added some extra Swiss cheese on top and used homemade ricotta drained and made my own hash browns. I used red pepper flakes instead of the Anaheim pepper and a green pepper. I also added salt and pepper. I used ground turkey and a little less cheese and eggs.
