Made a couple of tweaks due to COVID-19 shortages, but followed a majority of the recipe. This is DELICIOUS and I will make again. Changes: changed green onions to chives omitted corn added 1/2 c chicken stock (to reduce thickness) used canned baby clams and baby oysters

Delicious! Everyone loved it. It needs a little less milk (maybe 1-1/2 cups) because it never got very thick.

This is THE BEST cucumber salad recipe. The hot dressing soaks into the cucumbers and flavors them very well while keeping them crispy. A family favorite!
