meat was done perfectly in a instant pot - the onions were a throw away - but this meal was about cooking ribs fast and that worked out just right

delicious - i had to substitute sour cream for the milk and added green onion, cayenne and garlic -

read the reviews first so I ditched the cheese sauce and the cream cheese - used more salsa verde and added garlic, onion and a some jalapeno slices - turned out nicely

it is from Chef John, you know it is good and it was - followed the recipe

I love crab but to put it in a soup didn't sit well with me; it should be eaten - so I used canned crab, northern beans, corn, celery, carrots and stewed tomato's - lots of old bay - still pretty good

solid recipe - I added cubed ham and green onions as well as garlic and cayenne to give it a little more punch - also used some parsnips to go with the potatoes - got 'Kudos from the family
