Great tasty sauce! I added 1 1/2 cup red wine instead of white. I also added fresh chopped garlic and pesto as I sautéed the the vegetables. I also added 3 small cans of tomato sauce along with the plum tomatoes and added red pepper flakes. Go easy on the water, adding as you go.
