Switched it up a bit, but used this for a base recipe. Used some leftover rib broth, carrot, celery, onion & mushrooms. One tbsp flour for thickening. Braised oxtails in oil first & cooked on the stove 3 hours
Used chicken thighs instead of breast, well, because...chicken thighs! It was good but next time I’ll add a little of my own Cajun seasoning. Made this with scalloped potatoes & sweet & spicy green beans.
I’m gonna 5-star this but with some changes. During the covid19 lockdown I used what I had! No corn, but added lots of chopped ham, sautéed onion & celery, carrots and fresh parsley. Seasoned with Twisted Pig seasoning
