Absolutely stunning! Luxurious texture. Light weight and perfect balance of sweet, creamy and lemony. I baked about 10 quartered strawberries with 1/4 cup white sugar in 424F oven for 20 min and then puréed. Add it on top of the pana cotta, then add a layer of shredded white chocolate and then with chef john’s raspberry and mint ornament. The end result is visually enticing as well as delicious.

This dish is really amazing! A tiny tweak to make it even better: at the last step, mince one clove of garlic and mix it with the panko and butter mixture. This will make the dish to phenomenal!
This is an amazing dish! One trick I learned from another chef on YouTube and it brings the dish to a whole new level: mix 1 part mayo, 1/3 part horse radish and 1/3 part sour cream and then blend them together. Add salt if desired. Use this sauce instead of the horse radish. A total luxury in terms of taste and texture! Make sure to try it!
