Recommend taking the skin off. Was a little slimy

Everyone loved it.

These were a huge hit! I thought people might be put off by them with the mix of cranberry and jalapeno, but I made a very large batch and they were gone in minutes! However most people ate them without the cranberry relish.

When making this, it looked incredibly cheesy. But I found the end product was not as good. A little dry.

Some people didn't like, but it was always a texture issue not a flavor issue. I do recommend using the colorful marshmallows instead of the white ones to make it more visually appealing.
