Turned out great! I used Blue Bonnet instead of actual butter. That may have made mkne turn out slightly different in texture? But either way, they were soft and delicious still!

I skipped the corn and swapped the tomato soup with diced tomatoes and Prego traditional spaghetti sauce. Added American and cheddar cheese. Used freshly diced onions. Added Lawry’s seasoning salt.

A little too cheesy for my liking. Next time, I would use half the amount of cheese listed in the recipe. I made two pies at once while using this recipe. I used 8 ounces of fresh packaged spinach (for both pies) instead of frozen spinach (with COVID-19, the grocery store was out). I also added bacon bits into the sauteed mixture. Also, I used way less garlic cloves. Unfortunately, my pies did not turn out firm. Maybe next time...
