I LOVE this. I have another Aloo Gobi recipe that I've made before and really loved, but I didn't have all the ingredients for it, so I dug up another. THIS IS GREAT.
Some notes:
I didn't have any garbanzos/chickpeas. So I added about a cup of raw cashews I had lying around instead. Highly recommend! Cashews cook really nicely in slow cookers.
I added more potatoes than it called for, and used russets. I just basically like to make sure the slow cooker is pretty full when I use it, so I just added as many potatoes as it took.
I didn't have any coriander somehow, so I just omitted. It was still great!
I only added maybe a teaspoon of cayenne. I like a bit of heat, but a tablespoon is an awful lot
