Quick n easy … added some cinnamon sugar on top before baking to give it a little “crisp”. Bananas I had were a bit over-ripe, but blended well anyway!

Only change I made was using Bisto gravy granules instead of the flour; made it more savory. Next time I’ll drain off more/most of the grease. Set off the smoke alarm with the overflow into the bottom of my oven!!

Doubled the recipe, added a cup of dried cranberries and a teaspoon of nutmeg… came out perfect!!Will definitely add this to my “faves”!!

Easy to follow instructions… had everything already on hand! If the final product [still cooling] tastes half as good as the batter, this will definitely be a “keeper”!

Didn’t have a cup of raisins [only 1/2 cup] so I added 1/2 cup of Butterscotch Morsels. YUMMM!!!

Delicious and filling … I added an extra 1/4 cup of barley ‘cuz I like barley. Then when it was nearly done, I decided MORE barley would be nice so I added another 3/4 c of INSTANT barley to really ‘barley’ it up! Turned out great, but THEN had to add another cup of chicken broth to thin it out! 🤦‍♂️
