I came across this recipe a few months ago and it’s definitely our favourite. It gives the meat a nice flavour. Adjust to your own taste. I did!

Easy and delicious. I marinated everything for a few hours then stuck it in the oven for supper. You can add just about any vegetable.

I found this too salty. I found a couple of chicken breasts in the freezer and thawed them so I used what I had on hand. I’m not sure what made mine so salty. If I make it again I’ll make it like Chicken Carbonara.

Husband approved. I like the apple in it. I used a package of onion soup mix instead of chopped onion and added 1/4 cup of Steak sauce. I cooked the meatloaf for 30 minutes, then quick release. I didn’t put it under the broiler before I glazed it. I glazed it, then put it under the broiler for a couple of minutes. I put some baby white potatoes at the bottom of the pot, used 1 cup beef broth. The potatoes were perfect.
