To spread the frosting much easier I put the can of frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds and then you can pour the chocolate over the dessert!

Well this tasted really good but it was just a big gooey mess for me. I think next time I might add more coconut or something to help that. I’m on a whole food plant-based diet and this is a nice treat when I need something sweet.

I don’t eat dairy so I use one cup of almond milk. It did not make it very creamy but the soup was excellent regardless.
