This was a good recipe, easy and with only a few ingredients. I forgot to add the cheese. My kids and husband ate it up. Next time I'll probably add a little Taco Seasoning and the cheese. Also, I used brown rice, so I had to cook it for 45 minutes, but it was still tasty.
This was a great recipe. I think the favorite quinoa recipe of my family so far (with kids age 5, 3 & 1). The flavor was very good and I'm glad I followed the advice of several reviews add by halving the pumpkin spice and 3/4 cup raisins. I also added more carrots, along with celery and spinach. It was great. The more veggies the better for us. We will be making this again. Thanks.
I first made this for a family potluck and everyone asked for the recipe! I always peal and dice the apples. I make it for my family ever few months and it is always great. When I'm in a hurry, I just use salsa instead of chopping everything up. But I prefer the flavor and taste when I chop everything up instead of using the salsa.
I found this recipe to have too much peanut butter for my taste, next time I'll use a little bit less. I added cooked veggies as well.
This is a very quick meal and was easy to make after coming home from work to three hungry children. My husband and co-worker also had dinner with us and they LOVED it. They would have loved some chicken or steak in it.
This is a great starter recipe. I've never made a veggie burger before and I took other reviewers advice into consideration. I didn't have all the necessary ingredients, so like many others I improvised. I didn't add the sugar either. I shredded instead of diced the carrots. I also added worcestershire sauce and a small amount of sweet potatoes to make sure they didn't fall apart. My whole family enjoyed... but we will do some more trials to see if we can get a flavoring we like better. Thanks for this simple, healthy and delicious "Burger".
These were good and a nice alternative to have around the house. The family liked them but didn't LOVE them. I also wasn't totally awed by the flavors. I may or may not make these again.
