This dish is great. The only thing I did was added more garlic because we like garlic but it was very tasty. I will increase the amounts for step 1 next time because I really love the sauce but it’s great the way it’s written as well. To each is own, so make it your way. Maybe sprinkle some fresh basil on the top to offset the colors a bit and make it pop.
This came out so good. I added more garlic because we love garlic and I added mushrooms to the marinating chicken as well. It was spicy and delicious. I will definitely make this again. We didn’t use onions because we didn’t have any and we let it marinate for about 30 minutes in total. I used kitchen shears to make sure the chicken was sliced thin as well.
We had 6 pieces of chicken but I did the marinade for 8 because we like extra kick and flavor. This was amazing and came out so well. I really enjoyed this and we put it over jasmine rice with veggies on the side. I will definitely make this again.
This was so darn good. It was my first time ever baking anything from scratch and first time ever making a frosting and both came out great. It made a huge cake and I think next time I’ll just split everything in half and make a smaller batch. It was moist, tender, and delicious. I didn’t really know how to blend the mixture for the frosting so I had to YouTube that but it was still a good recipe.
