Had this on a brioche bun with mustard, ketchup, pickles and lettuce and it was great. Going to try this as meatball substitute for a bulgogi dish.

I would give this 5 stars, but the instructions need to be updated to indicate it needs to be fed. After 4 days, I drained off the hooch (amber liquid at the top) and a little of the starter. I replaced it with 1/4 cup water, 1/4 water and a teaspoon of sugar. I did that on day 6 as well. I baked on day 7 and it worked like a charm.
First bread I made with my new starter. First successful bread I have made without a bread machine. Turned out great. Followed the recipe as is except I forgot the salt and I used about half a cup of flour to help in the kneading process. I will make this again.
