I made this and it was amazing. I didn’t have quite enough plums so I added a chopped Granny Smith apple and some raisins. Baked in a round casserole dish and had to double amount of crumble to cover. Served it cold so it’d be less soupy and k prefer it that way. So good!
This was so easy and absolutely delicious. Chilling it an hour was worth it. I would think this is the type of thing you could make a big batch in advance and then have it available for several days
I’ve use this recipe six or seven times this spring and had wonderful results every time. I love it. It allows me to make pizza in under an hour in the dough is just right.
