This will definitely be one of my go to recipes. So versatile. I drizzled over shredded chicken to make tacos; used when I cooked white rice for cilantro lime rice. The only change I made was to add two, yes 2 bunches of cilantro. I am a cilantro addict but I actually changed the recipe for 30 servings. Overall 2 thumbs up and a high five!
