I've made these three times so far and this is by far the best pot stickers recipe on the internet. I love them.
I agree with one other comment that they need a little salt and pepper in the pork stuffing. But other than that, you can't go wrong. Far better than the boil first method and much easier. Thank you chef John for great recipe. Again.
Great fried chicken. This was the first time I've tried to fry chicken and it came out beautifully. I did increase the seasonings x2 only because I like spicy food (tablespoon of cayenne pepper), and it turned out terrific. Thanks chef John!
Super awesome. I followed this recipe about three months ago and I've made it six times since then. I didn't have problems using ultra pasteurized heavy whipping cream each time. My wife prefers this hands down over sour cream.
